Vic's Concrete Finishing

This guy was hired by the mobile home dealership where we are buying our home. He was supposed to contact us on Monday and meet up with us on Tuesday. I had to call him and then he scheduled the meeting for Tuesday and after 10 minutes he called me back and said he wasn't going to be able to make it because he didn't realize how far away it was. So we scheduled it for a Thursday and on Thursday at 11 a.m. he called me to tell me that our 2 p.m. appointment would have to be pushed back until 3 p.m. because he had a dentist appointment. I accepted that and told him ok and asked him if he was sure we were going to meet today and he then proceeded to get defensive because he was a busy man. I was not rude or angry or confrontational with him at all but I received a phone call from the salesman at the mobile home dealer ship telling me that Tony from this company had back out of the job because he said that I was rude to him. He backed out of a job at the last second because he thought a customer was rude after he rescheduled 3 times. Do not use this company they are very unprofessional. And on top of everything I have an app that automatically record all of my phone conversations because I live in a state that that is allowed so I have proof that I wasn't confrontational with him but he just didn't want to work with someone who wanted the job done right and to not have it rescheduled 20 times
