Vibrant Lawns

I have had this service for 2 months. In the 2 months I have had to make three calls to Mike of Vibrant lawns. I have had to request them to come back out to what I would call Finish the job.

His crew has failed to edge around concrete,can not keep a schedule, leaves large amount of cut grass on the lawn. The last issue which is the reason for this post and the reason i will no longer use this service.



The crew came out finally on the day scheduled, They did not cut the grass to a decent level, then billed the following week but did not show. I placed a call to mike, the explanation I was given is the person who process the payments " must of been confused" Mike did offer to refund the charge, I explained that due to the last cut being left long my lawn needed to be cut. He stated he would have his crew out the next day. I spoke to mike at 10AM on a Thursday, keep in mind that the payment was processed two days prior. The crew came out on site, ON July 4th, Kudos to them for that. However, it showed in work that they did not want to be there. I have large clumps of grass. rows of uncut grass, failure to edge around concrete.



The cost for this service is 55 dollars bi weekly. STAY AWAY!! I give this business zero stars!
