This hospital is nothing but bunch of doctors who's only here for the money they don't know a hole in the ground from a ditch if you want to get results go to leboneur in Memphis the e r doctors are lost have no clue all they do is sit around and talk and laugh had one nurse that couldn't use a stethoscope they sent my child home after being there for 13 days saying one thing less than 24 hours we were back in the er with her this hospital needs better administrators than what they got

this hospital have never disappointed me. my son had been very sick since birth he has had to have 7 endoscopies and Dr. Suri is amazing. Great bedside manners explains everything in a manner in which you can understand. Staff is great everyone that is employed there helps you in any way they can. I never heard" I don't know" from anyone they always went above and beyond to help me.

This office is TRULY a JOKE. I have waited 3.5 hours for a five minute procedure at the longest but with average 1.5 to 2 hours for WEEKLY visits. I feel like they have labeled and judged. The front desk are older middle age women whom are rude and non apologetic and unfriendly. No personailty at all. I have been disconnected, put on hold for forever and as I mentioned above very ridiculous wait times. i have left messages for the doctors, nurses, as well as staff and going on four weeks with NO returned call. When I did finnaly reach them...yes i had to call them back...I was labeled, no apology, no help and it has been three days since I have called. I did get a very speedy response when I requested my records. I guess they are tired of me although i have been MORE than patient and NEVER have gotten angry or irrated at them.

Recently, my daughter was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. We have spent a lot of time at the hospital and the pediatric physical therapy location at 100 Oaks Mall. Absolutely everyone, from her doctor to the smoking monitor has been great. We have had prompt help and courteous care from everyone we have met. The first day she was diagnosed we needed to begin medications. The steroid that we needed was a very small dose that isn't common. The pharmacist at the hospital calibrated the medication so that we could get it that day; rather than wait for another pharmacy to order it. As I was looking for the pharmacy, I asked a gentleman outside if he knew where it was. He said there were multiple pharmacies in the hospital. He then personally escorted me to the one I needed, as it turned out, he was the smoking monitor. I cannot truly explain what a great experience this has been. Not only has our daughter improved remarkably, but we have also been introduced to a staff that obviously cares about the patient as well as those who love them. May the Lord bless all those we have meet and everyone else who makes the hospital run so smoothly.
