If you want to get your car lost, dropped off at the wrong location then call this business. If you want to be spoken to by a rude customer service lady then call this business. If you want to get lied to and you enjoy spending your day on the phone speaking to truck drivers and chasing the manager then call United Towing. Being so bad at almost every aspect of this business, I wonder how are they still in business but I am sure they will not be very soon.

I would like to say, the woman who answered the phone, was polite at first, then turned a quick side of nasty. I would give ZERO stars, but I had to give something. Their driver had a turn signal on, with no intention of turning, started to proceed thru a grren light, then stopped short. My son then hit him, and when I got there, no response from him, eyes blood shot, to be honest, he looked higher than a cloud, no sorry, no nothing. I called their office to see if they would be willing to help with damages, and she got nasty. I would pull my car home around my neck before I EVER used this rude company! And, AAA uses them? I saw that on his truck. Truck #14. Way to go AAA. What a GREAT company to pick!

Today, I have the unfortunate opportunity to deal with your company. This was the WORST tow truck company I have ever dealt with in my life. The lady who answers the phone was rude, unsympathetic, inconsistent and inconsiderate. I have sent my complaint to OnStar roadside and GMC Roadside. The lady lied to myself and to GMC about losing paperwork, not receiving paperwork and estimate times of arrival. I tried to speak with a manager and I was told "She is too busy to talk to you". I am contacting FOX 2 News and I am fighting that onstar and GMC no longer use your company. I will be putting complaints on every referring site I can find, and I will be lodging a complaint with Secretary of State. Thank you for successfully making my already hard day WORST! You and your staff did it so well!

11/27/2015 My new car was dead. It was the 2nd time in about a month. As you can imagine I was very frustrated. On top of everything my 24Hr Road side service forgot to schedule a tow service to meet me to take my car to the dealership. When they finally made they appointment United Towing arrived as scheduled and quickly. Their driver Hussein (Sam) was an exceptional young man. His service was fast polite and very kind. He quickly loaded my car and got me to the dealership. I felt comfortable driving with him and we had a nice conversation. He was very kind and understood that I was having a horrible day prior to meeting him. I would like to extend my many thanks to him. Service like that is not seen everyday and is often expected but not received. Thank you Sam, you were a huge help and made my day better. - Ken
