Tom Wheeler the owner of this company responded to my call right away. I cannot thank Tom Wheeler and his crew enough since it was an emergency - they came right out and fixed the problem. This was not a small job I needed a new water line in my front yard. They were polite, explained everything going on and cleaned up everything. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs a plumber and already have!

United Plumbing located in Dundalk Md. Tom Wheeler and his crew came out to do some pretty basic plumbing repairs. Installed a single handle pressure to replace our 3 handle (hot, cold, shower) fixtures which were broken. We did not ask for the single handle. He advised us to change to this. The problem we are having now is that they tore up the wall behind the fixtures to fit this single one in. Our bathtub now leaks in a new place. Originally they had a 1/4" gap between the spigot and the fixture and left!!!!!! We had to call them back b/c the water was just pouring out of there. That was just careless in our minds. Well we called him back again to fix the leak. He sent someone this time and they caulked some more. Still leaks. Now he has made 3 appts and has been a no show. This is something a plumber should be able to fix relatively easy and they can't do it. He has stood us up and will not answer our phone calls at all.



He goes through Service Magic but remember that he pays them to advertise for him so don't be fooled by that.



I will not stop until everyone I know knows that this is not a good company to work with simply because they will not fix their mistakes.



I have paid him 1400.00 and he has totally left us in a jam. I gave him every opportunity to fix this problem.
