In restroom so I miss taxi by 5 mins and they refuse to reschedule pick up complete joke. Don't use them

terrible service from the taxi all the way to the managment, do not, i repeat do not use this cab company, walk if you have to. i was picked up from DFW airport by Muhammad cab number m525 who cussed me out, jerked his car over to the shoulder and slammed his breaks causing me to almost slam my head on the window. He threatened that i pay cash only all because i mentioned I was a uber driver. DFW airport said they cant do anything and the driver magically goes on vacation as soon as i file a complaint. i was told by jennifer that because he completed the ride, i couldnt get any money back. This was the ride from hell and scared the heck out of me. There is absolutly nothing that will be dont to customer that are treated bad, no refund, absolutly no wholeness. DO NOT USE UNITED CAB SERVICE, the drivers have a incentive to treat you like crap, because nothing will be dont. The next time im treated like that from a cab driver, there will be a completly different reaction, that i promise

I call to order a cab, did lady took my order but I guess she was sleeping she wrote the address 5 * wrong I had to repeat myself over and over again. Then she asked me where I'm going to I gave her all the details she took my phone number and said the cab will be there shortly. He didn't say anything so I hung up. After 40 minutes I called again to ask her where the cab is. To try to take my order again so I asked to why she need that she has already at all the information she said I hung up on her so there was no order? She really want to tell me that I have to wait again 20 minutes and it was my fault. I will never order a cat again from them.

Very unreliable.Wish I had read the reveiws first. I called the night before and set up a time but they never arrived. Then I had trouble getting someone to show up after calling them.

Terrible...Quotes don't even come close to charges

I called this company today to take me what ended up being 16 miles and only a 25 minute drive. They told me on the phone that it would be around $35.00. I told her that was great send a cab. The driver arived very quickly which was nice but when we got in the cab and told her where we were going she said it would be $55.00. I explained that we had been told $35.00. She said that she had to go through the Airport and the game was going on she could not do it for $35.00. She then said she would do it for $50.00. I told her that was fine and that I had a $5.00 coupon she took that and said it would be $45.00. I told her fine. We then left and headed to where we were going. She never turned on her meter and did take us through the Airport where she had to pay a toll and everything. I will never take this company again. I will go with Yellow Cab because they use their meters and are much cheaper without a coupon because they took me back that evening. Do Not use United Cab they are terrible instead call Yellow Cab!

Never again with United Cab Services, driver M666.



On June 3 2012 I took a cab from DFW to Frisco. I asked the lady at the stand for an estimate and she said $60.



I gave the taxi driver the address, saw him bring it up in his TomTom, then the screen changed and he said he couldn't bring it up in his GPS but knows the direction.



I felt a red flag. I don't want him taking a longer route and I knew exactly where to go. I also have a GPS and could direct how to enter the address and I brought it up on my iPhone. He asked me if I know where I am going, I said yes.



The ride would otherwise be uneventful except for upon arrival, I saw the meter read $55, he pressed something and it jumped to $65.



I exited the Taxi with my bag, he also got out and as I handed him $60 dollars I asked him why the meter jumped so much at the end.



His body language and stare became aggressive and he said that was the final total and "Give me my $65". At least he didn't move toward me or I would be writing a police report instead of a review.



I've taken cabs in Seattle, Chicago, Denver, and Dallas -this has never happened.



Instead of moving toward him to hand $5 more, I slowly backed away, not leaving his stare. He said he'll call the police. By now I was to the door and he was at the curb and I quickly entered.



Once the door was shut I deadbolted it, set down my bag, and called United Cab (I had the Getting Around Town Taxi Guide from the airport).



I spoke to Jennifer, who informed me that rates quoted are an extimate, did not apologize for the cab drivers' behavior (only that she'll "talk to him").



I asked for the manager and Jennifer said that she is contact that registers complaints, but admitted that *she doesn't know how the meters work*, so she couldn't explain why the rate was adjusted by $10 at the end of the ride.



I asked again for the owner or manager, she said "Isobe" is the manager. I asked when I could call back and she said he is "in and out of the office." She didn't offer to have him call me.



By now I had spent an unsatisfactory 15 minutes on the phone and ended the conversation.



You have 17 Taxi company choices in Dallas.

Avoid United Cab.

Especially driver M666.

i called in and asked how much there service was and the lady was rude lied about her prices and tried to charge me extra. this company needs to go out of buisness its no telling how many people they ripped off.

do not use this company

This was the worst experiance I have ever had in my life. I called for a cab at 12:50 and they told me they would be here in twenty minutes. So after I waited 35 I called to see what was going on and was told that they had called another cab company "Yellow Cab" because they didn't have a driver. They never bothered calling to inform me that this was going on. Then I got a call from the driver from the other terrible cab company at 1:50 and he said that he would be here in 15 minutes. Now here it is 2:20 an hour and thirty minutes after I was told a cab would be here in 20 minutes and I am still waiting and the cab driver from Yellow cab will not answer his phone and I am still waiting to get to where I need to go.
