Jerry and Dustin were great! They showed up on time, worked quickly and even helped me with boxes when I needed help packing and taping. When we got to my new house, I'm not even sure if they had time to eat lunch. They were courteous and reassuring when I started to panic about moving. Plus they complimented me on my new home which definitely helped me feel better about my new life change. Oh, when I asked how long they had worked together, they both said this was their first time which surprised me. They seemed to work well together as if they had worked together for awhile. I will definitely recommend True Friends Moving Company and Jerry and Dustin. Thank you!!!

If I could give them six stars, I would. They moved a 700lb safe into my office building. Other moving companies told me no, due to low ceilings. True Friends Moving got the job done at a great price. Thanks, guys.

Just wanted to add to my original post below. True Friends did my second move as well and, again, they were great! Devontay and Josh were awesome and very conscientious and professional and so easy to work with, as well as the office staff. They called and followed up when they were supposed to and the movers showed up right on time both times. And followed up afterwards. Not one bad experience either time. So happy I found these great movers! There's a reason this company has such a good rating. The sales team was professional and contacted me several times before my move. The pricing was reasonable. And the moving crew was awesome and on time and never slowed down once they got here and since you pay by the hour, I really appreciated that. The guys were friendly and worked hard and my move couldn't have gone any better. Will definitely use them for my second move into my new place.

The experience was speechless; four guys from True Friends Moving Company arrived on time, prepared with supplies (tape, plastic wraps, equipment blanket, etc.) They moved me out of my two-bedroom apartment in three hours.

Everything about the move was great! From the moment I called to reserve the service - all the way until the last package was dropped off at my new address. Reserving a move date was super easy. I had to change the date and they were able to accommodate the change. The movers they sent, Brett and Jadahi, were super sweet and personable. They were in and out (quicker than I had ever expected), double checked everything (old address, new address, and truck) to make sure everything was done right. They asked questions to confirm my desires about the move. Overall, awesome experience.

The guys were highly professional, quiet, friendly, and efficient. They even broke down and set up our bed, which may have added to the time from the original estimate. If I were moving again, I would call these guys. Oh, and one other thing - they were extremely prompt. I was told they would arrive between 12 and 2 pm. They rolled up at 11:58 am after calling about 30 minutes ahead to ensure we were ready.

Fantastic service from True Friends Moving. They were fifteen minutes early, very professional and friendly people. They were quick, had my things ready to go soon, and moved me over to my new place in an instant. Hats off to Davis and the team, recommend the unit and call them back for a future move.

The True Friends Moving Company service we got was the best moving experience we ever had in our forty-plus years of moving around the country and overseas. Our household goods had been moved to a storage unit in Murfreesboro, TN, and just needed to be moved to our new home. I couldn't have asked for a better team than Brett and Kenneth. They were prompt, courteous, and highly capable and careful. Our "stuff" was well taken care of, with no damage of any kind. They reassembled our beds and mirrors and hooked up our washer and dryer. And fast? They sure didn't dawdle or waste any time. Everything went great! The office folks were helpful and prompt as well. The schedule was really convenient for us, as they got our move scheduled the next day after we called them. They were True Friends indeed!

It was a good experience. I'm not used to dealing with a moving company. In the past we've usually got a uhaul and did it ourselves. So this being my 1st time wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I didn't know I had to have my things all in boxes but they still worked with me thankfully. They followed me to my destination to...I'll definitely be suggesting this company to whomever moving plus we when we move in the future......ty for working with me

We did a local move in Clarksville and Jon and Jerry were our movers. They communicated about when they were to arrive and both men were absolutely awesome. They worked very hard and took care of all of our furniture. Everything went according to plan, even with some rain thrown in! Thank you so much True Friends Moving Company! True Friends Moving Company recently helped me with some moving work, and they were great! They were very hard working, and very careful with everything. They showed up on time, and overall, they were extremely professional. Most importantly, they listened well. They were careful to do what I asked them to do, and wonderful about asking where various pieces of furniture were supposed to go. They were efficient and fast, and I was very pleased with their services! This is a great moving company, and I highly recommend them!

I had an atypical and difficult moving job. I needed to move a very heavy upright piano about 50 feet from one room in my home to another. So, I called True Friends Moving Company. I dealt with Chris over the phone, and it was Jerry and Mike who came out to do the moving. All three were fantastic! This was a difficult job, and there were tight corners, and they tried several different ways to move it. Frankly, if they had said at that point that it simply was not possible to do what I wanted to do, I would have believed them, because I was there and I saw the difficulty first hand. But they kept at it and they finally found a way to accomplish the move. I can not say enough good things about the way they stuck with it. They went above and beyond for me. They are great guys and I would highly recommend them to everyone!
