That fat bitch that works there is a waist. Highly rude, and stares down at you so you be the most uncomfortable pwrson there and then acts like we are the guetto ones.

Literally some of the most disgusting people I've ever had the displeasure of communicating with. They are everything this world doesn't need. I thank God that my purpose in this life isn't to thrive off of the misfortune of others. Absolutely disgraceful business.



Greg is less than human. That's the best description I can give.

I parked in front of my garage which is frown on by my HOA but there were no other parking spaces. I was only parked there for 2 hours. I was cooking dinner when I heard a loud boom which shooked my home.I opened garage to find tow pros in the process of attempting to tow my car. I noticed there was damage to the front end of my car from when he lifted rear end which resulted in my vehicle hitting garage and then being scraped as I opened up garage to see what all the noise was. I called and spoke to Greg who informed me that he was a joint owner in the business and that they refused to pay for damages and then preceded to call me a f@cking idiot and hang up on me!! This is a very unprofessional company!!I don't know how they are even still in business with the way they handle business... They are scammers! Avoid at all costs!

I ate at the McDonalds next to Circus Circus. I was staying at Trump and was about to walk, but it looked further away. I ate and then walked to Circus Circus. I came back and was about to order yogurts for the morning and a lady with a body camera told me that my car had been towed. She wanted me to see, but I told her I had children in McDonalds. I called Tow Pros and they said the cost would be $315. I felt that this was entrapment. Before they tow cars away, they are supposed to try to find the driver. They knew where I went, but they towed it immediately after someone watching the camera saw we walked towards Circus Circus to burn off the calories we had eaten. :( I was just informed by Matt at Tow Pros that the security team is now called Parking + Security and their contact information is 702-444-1911. I called that number and it states that they are now called Patrol Port Security. Matt also stated that their is nothing the company can do and that it is the state of NV regulations.

This guys aren't a company they ate thieves... We were in las vegas our first night and stopped at McDonalds on the strip. Our rental car was parked for about 30 minutes. We came back and our car was gone. A guy parked in a white car came out and informed us it had been towed and handed us a card with Tow Pros address. Long story short they charged us 315 dollars to get our car back. These thieves are a well oiled operation that prey on unassuming tourists. Be warned that if u park for more than 10 minutes your car will be gone. They have a guy in the lot watching for you to leave regardless whether you stopped in McDonalds or not. BEWARE....And Shame on you Tow Pro... for preying on unassuming people

Legal extortion is what this company is about. I parked downtown Las Vegas near Main St in a parking spot with NO VISIBLE SIGNS. Came back an hour later to find my car gone. Spotted a sign on the other side of the building for Tow Pros and quickly went down there to make sure my car was indeed towed before reporting it stolen. Spotted it and was charged $315! And they only had my vehicle for maybe an hour AT MOST. I would have understood $150 fee but 315 is RIDICULOUS. The towers for this company are sharks and will tow anyone they feel they can get away with towing, even if you are parked in a public, legal area.

This is the worst company, I parked my car for 25 - 30mnts and went to subway , just the the side building and when I came back I found that the car has been towed by this poor fellow. I will say they earn their bread by doing this kind of dirty stuff. They charged me 315$ and on top of that they forced me to sign a paper stating that if I do stop payment they will charge additional 300$, I believe that is illegal but I didnt had any other option as it was a rental car and I was late by that time, else I could have called police.

I guess good ... my review on this business. for now dissatisfied. not only they towed my church Van. but I am the type of person looking around too or paying attn:. ., what ever it is their reason towing only my van ... when there is few and a bunch of vehicles parked by mc Donald by Circus across from Riviera hotel down S. Las Vegas Blvd., the ADDRESS is 2698 S. Las Vegas Blvd., and been away of their vehicle for more than I did and more than half hour or an hour.



Funny is that earlier I ate inside this Fast Food Mc Donald and parked same almost space. Then I left and went to drop off somebody a client. And then I came back to same parking area to go in again , except this time I have to go next door to do something and 20 or 30 minutes later I went back and saw my Van being towed.



So, for now I am very not satisfied . To the outcome. .because I am heading back in to Mc Donald and do some work. with my computer...
