Tom's Sealcoating and Paving

STAY WAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR !!!!!

I contracted Tom Seal and coat and Paving in December 2015. Paid 6500 dollars for driveway removal and reinstall. It is 6 months later and the driveway is falling apart, sinking in spots, and cracking all over the driveway and puddles over 70%. When you make a turn on the drive way tire track marks are left, the drive way is still soft after 6 months .Tom Warner of Toms Seal coat and Paving was contacted and refuses to stand behind his 3 year written and verbal warranty. The address provided above is not his real address. A certified letter was sent to the address and the owner refused the letter stating "TOM" does now live here. The letter was forwarded to the provided address "TOM" actually lives. He has not picked up the letter and I am waiting for the letter to be returned so I can have his real address so When I pursue in small claims court the constable will have the correct address to serve him the notice.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BIG MOUTHED, RUDE, CRASS AND CROOKED JERK. STAY AWAY...
HE HAS BEEN IN PRISON A FEW TIMES, JUST THIS YEAR ALONE. He evades paying taxes, by taking only cash and wants only CASH, and doesn't declare any income. Isn't that illegal ?????? YES !!!
SAVE YOU MONEY AND GO WITH A REPUTABLE CONTRACTOR.
He left a total mess, ruined everything, had to get another contractor to fix what he wrecked. Tom wanted to be paid up front, he took the money, did some work, demanded more money, we paid him the total, the work wasn't 1/2 finished, he took all the money and then left. Never came back, excuses after excuses and blamed us for being greedy and selfish. His address is not what he said, he is not on Old York Road, He gave a fake address, he is NOT there,..the registered mail we sent him came back. We even drove there, and no one is there. No one there knows who he is. We found later that he lives somewhere else !!! He is known by several police districts, Doylestown and Buckingham are just two. He has had piles of complaints against his half completed and lousy work. He is a loud mouth, his partner had booze breath, his girlfriend showed up and hung out for hours with a baby. He was on his cell phone half the time.. yelling. He was served with papers... being sued in court.. and was supposed to come to the court in Warrington, and he was in prison when he was served, but, he never showed up. Ignored the summons to appear in court !!!! He has no regards for the law or for work ethics. We called him several times. and again, either no call backs or more excuses. One day, we waited for him all day, as he promised he would show up to correct his mess.. and no show - no call. He was in prison three times this year (2016)... the police know about him. We wish we never laid eyes on this loser and crook. Our driveway and work he did was a total loss. DO NOT use this ''contractor" for ''ANY'' work !!!!! Other people we contacted, ( he gave us their phones numbers), they were disgusted with him, furious and were also ripped off. A small group of homes, they all had work started by him.. and they all told us.. later, that they were all disgusted and ripped off. The work was sloppy, he didn't show up when he said he would, they had to wait for days at a time.. and got no answers on their phone calls to him.. asking ..'' Where the hell are you ??? !!!'' and the work he did had to be corrected and finished by another company. Tom was paid fully, he kept on demanding more money to complete the job, but, did less than half the work, lousy job. They all tried to get in touch with him, but, he refused to correct any problems. Again, he was in prison three times just in 2016.. public police records !!!!! It's Public information. !!!!!!! BEWARE !!!!
And, the two good ratings he has were written by him !!!!!!!!!

tom is a great guy his knows his work and he get the job done right with great prices that no one can beat!!!!!!!!!
