Douglas S. Kepanis, LL.M. was born in Queens and raised on Long Island. After graduating from S.U.N.Y. Binghamton with a BA in Political Science, he attended the California Western School of Law where he was Editor of the Law Review and International Law Journal and later graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctorate and later attended Georgetown University Law Center where he obtained, with distinction, his LL.M. degree.
