The Accommodating Handyman

Jim came to our home for an estimate for several small jobs. He took apart one lockset and surveyed the other jobs. He said he would get back to me with an estimate, charged me $25 and left. We have not heard from him in 3 weeks.

I wouldn't waste my time...find someone dependable.

I had Jim out to work on several jobs around my home. He is always on time, dependable and does great work at a reasonable price. With a busy schedule it is great to have a go to person for all my home projects. I would highly recommend him.

Jim fixed my garage door opener, consolidated all of put my wireless gadjets so that I don't have wires everywhere, installed a new shower, put up new venetian blinds, installed a new kitchen light fixture, and figured out where the leak in my basement was coming from. Saved me a lot of money because he was able to do all of the work I needed and gave me advice that saved me from having to call a plumber. He arrives when he says he will, completes the work, and cleans up when he is finished. I really can't say enough good things about this handyman and the work he has done for me.

Wonderful person to know. I have a seasonal home in Florida and am lucky to know someone who can help me. I had Jim put in our deadbolt on our new door, chalk around our shower and fill holes around our home. All the things I don't trust myself doing on my own. He was so nice and took his time. I will definitely use him again and recommend him.
