Jason did a great job for us! He is very talented and knowledgable!



At first, we were a little surprised that he would disagree with us on some of our ideas, but we are VERY happy that we went with his expert opinion instead!



He is very passionate about what the finished product looks like and really created something special for us!



We would highly recommend!!!!

This is NOT a Positive feedback on Terra Bella and our experience with Jason-- We obviously thought he was the best choice when we selected him over others despite being more expensive. However; the end result and due to his lack of follow-up, over promising and under delivering leaves me with no choice but to give him a very poor mark. He is charming-- don't get fooled by that!



1. Any minor changes >> he added unreasonable amount. At that point, we had to no choice but to go for the extras as we didn't want to sacrifice the final end product-- so he kept charging extras where he could make minor changes.



2. He is very charming, but once he gets his money, he is gone and does not deliver on his promises. We made multiple attempts to reach out but he hasn't responded.

3. Do not leave it up him to pick and choose the types of plants and trees-- or you'll be sorry. Make sure you are at the nursery choosing the plans/trees-- otherwise; he picks the cheapest and lower quality to save money for himself. He talked us into leaving the selection up to him and he'll make it beautiful. Certainly this is not the case.



4. Pick the EXACT selection that you want (do your homework about the type, the size of trees/flowers). He picked variations that after a few months shows his poor variety-- variations in colors and texture of plants side by side matters once they grow. Ask him to show you his “final” choices and anything different than what he showed you at the nursery walk thru.



5. Shortly after (a month or 2 max) of the hand over, we contacted him that several of the dead plants, lights that went out, and to ask him about the complimentary planters were promised for the front porch. But to no avail! He has not returned my phone calls or emails!



BTW-- This is not to say anything bad about his staff- they were professional and hard working and very courteous.



This experience has been rather disappointing. He charged us SIGNIFICANTLY more than any other estimates from comparable companies. We expected a professional handshake at the end, and proper communication--but he failed to complete this business interaction in full and kept saying that he has so many other jobs from SD to OC and he is busy. I was very happy for him, but didn't expect him to leave my job incomplete.



I wanted to pass on lessons learned in our transaction with Terra Bella and hope these tips will be helpful to others.

I don't share the same opinion as everyone one else here. We expected a much nicer result with the amount of money we were spending on our project. Had multiple problems along the way as well. I would not hire again and would not recommend this company to others. Wish we could have a do-over.

Terra Bella Landscaping is a wonderful company to work with for your landscaping needs. The team works closely with their clients taking into account your needs, your budget and your vision for your landscaping. They have great knowledge of plants, trees, and flora. Jason and his guys work on a tight schedule and get things done.

Jason and Lila are friends of mine. Although they did not create our original landscape their ideas and suggestions have transformed our dull landscape into a dynamic front yard. I recommend their honesty and integrity.

We have a great experience. They have great ideas and excellent customer service.

They re-landscape our front and backyard, it looks amazing.

TBL was so professional, and really on top of every detail. We found it easy to give Jason an idea of what type of look we wanted, and then let him do his thing without micromanaging. They were efficient, and pleasant to work with. They ROCK!

It was so amazing to work with some who has the vision of Jason Jarvis. He comes equipped with a Can-Do Attitude and his incredible Passion for his work.
