I sooooooo wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I used this company!! I used them because they are related to a friend of mine. I was concerned from the onset but he assured me he would be sure I received good service. NOT! First of all - AFTER they started my roof, Rick came to my door and told me they had mis-measured and the cost was over $1,000 more. We agreed to split the difference but because of everything else, I definitely don't believe there was a mis-measure at all. Months later and I am still waiting on vents I PAID for (Rick keeps telling me "they will be out to put them on) - they reinstalled the badly dented up ones from the hail storm! Rick Hines, the owner, GUARANTEED me NO LEAKS! The first rain after the install - I had a massive leak over my patio (thankfully, not inside my house). He sent out some guys who put silicone on my roof and said if it leaks again they will be back to fix it - what?!? They tell you they give you a 5 year guarantee - for what? Silicone?!? I am so fed up with this company - DO NOT....I repeat....DO NOT use this company!!!

If he corrects these issues - I will adjust my review.

My mother in law needed a new roof in Oct 2012 due to Oklahoma weather. TRS promised her a new roof and gutters. The roof was put on in days and the check was picked up with gutters to be installed soon. The owner Rick personally told my husband that he would have his men on it right away. LIAR!! After calling them every week for several months Rick informed my mother in law that they would not be replacing her gutters. This company scammed an elderly woman out of gutters, money, time, and trust. DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING COMPANY!!!!!

Tried to hire them to replace my roof, but TRS would not honor the price they gave me when I initially told them to go ahead and do the work. Also did not inform me that they needed a signature. It seems like they waited around until they weren't busy and said "oh, by the way, we have had a price increase and are having another one". These guys are not professional and don't know how to treat potential customers..
