The tech that came to my home was knowledgeable, polite, and made sure that I understood everything about what was needed to service my system. He not only explained everything he was checking but SHOWED me the results of his analysis of my equipment so I could have confidence that all repair work was necessary. The office staff was professional and sent someone to my home super fast and the best part was Superior SAVED me A LOT of money on what would have been a very expensive repair. From the call in to schedule an appointment to the technician working on your air conditioner the staff was very professional and polite. They fixed my a/c oh about a year ago now and it's been working great ever since. I wouldn't recommend any other company to work on your a/c or heater.
