Steve Brunetti & Sons Masonry

DO NOT USE. HORRIBLE. They fixed my chimney last summer. Quoted me for 12 coarse repair plus cap. Only installed 10 coarse and cap. It took them all day to complete a 3 hr repair. The crew sat around in my driveway waiting for supplies for over 4 hours. The crewman/sales guy Rick is the most useless of them all. Complete white trash. I was given a 10 year warranty. The cap has already cracked. I called Steve. One number is disconnected, one will not take voicemails, one the women said i have the wrong number, and the last one someone answered Incoherently and hung up, when I call back i get their machine. My gut told me to tell them no from the start but the cheap prize reeled me in. GO with a licensed and insured company, with letterhead and business cards. Steve Brunett and Sons Masonry (586-745-5541, 313-220-0321, 586-232-9423), Rick (586-868-3661) and John (810-650-3661) with Total Masonry are COMPLETE SCAMS!!!!!!

I agree with what everyone is saying! I had them fix my front porch or tuck point I paid $800 for a crappy job. They said they could fix it correctly because they don't know what my rat looks like. The brick are caving in and also have a 15 year warranty. There such a bad company that they had there people come to my house and said someone did a bad job on your porch I told them it was you guys. I had different people from this company come to my house at least 4 time and said the same thing. Then they stopped coming. Now I can't get a hold of anyone. THIS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! They shouldn't get any rating

Whatever you do don't let them install Gutter screens that they say are good. It cost me

$1000.00 to them and then I had to pay 2 other people to fix there mistake. ($800.00)



Today I had to pay $60.00 more for someone

to clean out the spinners. Like I said

They will not take no for an answer!!! They will harass you until their blue in the face!!!! They are way overpriced and seriously will not stop trying to get you to book them. They showed up at my home with 4 people walking around the outside of my house, even in my backyard!!!!! I told them my husband was not home and to leave, they left- I seen them sitting on the corner about 2 hours later, and as soon as my husband came home they came back!!!! I told them no about 10 times, called the company to remove my number, even cursed out the lady after they came to my door every day even after I told them no! Yesterday I found a business card on my door from them even after me LITERALLY cursing out the lady!!!! Obviously they can't take a hint, I have read nothing but horrible reviews on this company and the harassment is enough to make me not interested!!! Stay away from this company!

They will take your money, tell you that their work has a 15 year guarantee but never come back to fix anything even two days after the work was completed! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

The company replaced a lime slab below my basement window and crack the cement ledge in the basement, they said they would fix it, that was 2 years ago, stay away from this company

I find it amazing that in today's economy that people can be so careless with potential customers and their satisfcation. Scheduled an appointment to get exterior brick replaced. The first appointment was missed, and I received a call an hour late explaining that something came up. This is acceptable as things happen. However, upon rescheduling, the second appointment was missed without even a phone call. Took 4 hours to receive a call returning my voicemails with an excuse for not showing up. Turns out, I probably couldn't have lucked out more and receiving similar complaints about the company from others. I wouldn't even recommend using them to compare estimates.
