St Clair Appliance Repair

I contacted this company to do a minor repair to the back of my mother in law's stove. They did not come nor call on the day of the appt. I called and was finally routed thru what sounded like a call center and had to reschedule for 2 days later. Appt was between 8-11 this morning and again - no show, no call. I have left 3 messages and have yet to hear back. Extremely dissatisfied and will make sure never to use this company again.
