Spartan Movers

Hello everyone, my name is Susie, I am a single mother of 2 children, and I am disabled. I called Spartan Movers the same day I needed service because I counted on my family and friends to move me, But, when moving day came, no one was here to help me. I found Spartan Movers online and was really impressed with their website and fast response to their online moving quote, someone called me back within a hour. I talked to a lady at first then confirmed it with the a man, I think he was the owner. He told me he understood the situation I was in and if they did a good job if I would recommend them on the internet. So here I am, recommending Spartan Movers, they are on time, they are professional, and most importantly they are kind and gave me a great service. I will be honest, the move went a little longer than I anticipated, however I did need them to assemble everything.
I will use this company any time I need movers. I also highly recommend them.

Piano movers??? They are not. Well, they will move the piano and they will certainly damage it to and say they will repair it,, but they won't. Your on your own. Would I use Spartan again the answer is absolutely not. But If you decide to just keep an eye on the boys. They like going through your things when they think you're not looking.

Save yourself the headache and find anyone else to move you. I didn't listen to others and now regret it.

First off they were nice guys but I didn't pay anyone to be nice, they were some guys that were apparently just hired here and there when they needed money. They milked the clock and took smoke breaks constantly and the one guy was on his phone almost the whole time. They would go down with a box and take 15 mins to come back up each trip. They broke my door on my new house and the owner never returned to calls to pay for it. The thing that really got me is they possibly gave me a bad rep with my new neighbors as they parked the moving truck so no one could get through the street and yelled at 3 of my neighbors and tried to start a fight with one of them and call them the “N word”. I didn't appreciate it, I said nothing because I couldn't just have them leave in the middle of the move. All they kept doing is laughing about how easy it was and taking their sweet time. I ended up paying a lot for 5 hours! To move a 2 bedroom apartment. Then I ended up having to leave some stuff behind because their truck wasn't big enough and couldn't fit my stuff. I told the owner how many boxes I had.... They were terrible. I still haven't gotten my money for my broken door. Ridiculous. Very unprofessional... It's ironic that they are named Spartan movers, please live up to that if you're going to name your company that. Spartans they were not. Never again, I also have told everyone I know that's moving to avoid this place like the plague....

WOW!!!! Thats the way I would like to start this review. Spartan movers are by far the most efficient movers I have ever had the pleasure of using. I have to say thank you to John the owner of the company for taking the time to explain everything in detail. He even came out with the movers and assisted the move to make me more comfortable. I will never call another company againfor moving. Spartan movers have my vote!! A+++

They moved me from Columbus Ohio to a suburb of Cleveland Ohio. They were on time and they actually arrived a hour before we did. I would and will definitely use them again.

I would like to thank Spartan Movers for the amazing job they did for me yesterday! These guys over at Spartan Movers were really the best movers in town! I was very impressed on how quickly they worked to get the job done. I moved from Cleveland Ohio to Pittsburgh PA and it was by far the greatest, smoothest moving experience ive ever had. Special thanks to John (the owner) and Jocelyn (office manager) for all there help. They were able to answer questions for me and were very professional and friendly. We moved from Columbus to Cleveland and we were never more pleased with a moving company. My husband got us In a jam by selling our house before we really wanted too. But needless to say, we called around and was not happy with other companies pricing and when they could provide the service. So we ended up going with these movers and honestly, it was fair priced and absolutely no problems with the move. I recommend them to everyone. Juanita Caponnee

We moved from Columbus to Cleveland. We have a 3 bedroom house, a little over 2500 Sq ft. My wife and I sold our house a lot sooner then we anticipated. We had to move within 72 hours. We called two men and a truck and several other moving companies. All of them were extremely over priced, two men told us around 3500. Well that was just out of our budget. My wife first called Spartan movers and right away we were extremely comfortable with how caring this company really is. We first talked to a lady but as she understood our moving situation she put me on with the owner, Johnny. He completely knew how to keep us from STRESSING OUT. We observed that Spartan movers is in multiple cities and we were skeptical about that at first. Johnny offered us references and his movers work history. Each one was felon free and with at least two years experience. Johnny's price was a lot lower then everyone else so we were not sure at first but had no choice. As moving day we right around the corner it arrived fairly quick. Well all my nervousness was easily wiped away. The movers were 25 minutes early, came with more than enough moving equipment. They disassembled our beds, my library hutch, our appliances and they were extremely polite and professional. Johnny even called us throughout the move to make sure we were happy and stress free, which we sure were. I really do want to thank SPARTAN MOVERS for being so prompt and so fair priced. Hello my name is Rebecca Medley and I used Spartan Movers to move from Akron Ohio to Middleburg Hts Ohio and I can say without a doubt it was the smoothest move I have ever had! The movers were extremely professional and paid close attention to my instructions. I have a good amount of antique items witch they moved with extreme care! I would highly recommend this company to friends and family!

this company sucks,this other review is obviously fake !!! they were late,two very unprofessional of the boat guys scratched my stuff all up,they are also in Cincinnati which is where i moved from.the guys asked me for gas money for there car which broke down in my driveway in front of my truck.when the guys on the other end unloaded the owner then tried to hike up the price before unloading the truck.never use these bums !!!!!!!! you'll be sorry, i was.

I have never been happier using these movers. We are in a jam and called and spoke to the owner himself, for one we are surprised that he handles each call with detail. But from the moment we spoke to him, we felt assured, when this company says there open 24/7 they are not lying. I recommend them to anyone moving there rates are the best and there very professional!
