Sooner Service Co

I called in the early AM and was told a serviceman would respond same day. I asked to be placed sometime after 3:40. About 4:30 I received a call and was told they couldn't get to it today, but would come tomorrow. I pleasantly agreed and made arrangements to be available. By 4:40 the next day I had not received a call, so I called the serviceman and asked when I could expect them. I was told the refrigerator he was working on was MORE IMPORTANT than my washer (?!), but he would call me when he was finished. No call EVER came. I regret wasting 3 days on this company and will never bother them with my business again.
