Guyanese Cooking such as beef or pork ribs. Chicken, beef, goat, fish, shrimp, and oxtail, can be curried or brown stewed. Served with combinations of white rice, fried rice, or cookup rice; puri, channa, and chowmein. Pastries are also available, such as, beef patties, cheese rolls, pine tarts and fried plantains.
