Shelley Pump & Well Service

I was charged 900$ for a pump repair and was guaranteed if something went wrong Mr.shelly would come out and fix it. When I called he said he would come tomorrow and fix it he never came then stop answering my calls. So I called him on another number and he answered and i explained I have four kids and no water at that point it had been a week and a half he apologised and said he would come later that day and fix it he never came again and then stop answering the phone again. In the end I had to pay another well company 95$ to come out and fix it it took them less then 30 minutes. Im very disappointed being that he said 550$ for the the job then turnt around and charged me 900$. Guaranteed me and then told me he would come check it out if something went wrong but left me and my family with no water for a week and a half.

John Shelley drilled a irrigation well for me, after doing everything he said to get the water clear the water stayed a milky color. The last time he came out he said he would re-drill it but never did and would not answer his phone when i called. I finally gave up in trying to contact him. The only thing I wanted was clear water and he would not fix this for me even though he said he would.

Mr. Shelley came right out after I called him. He was able to get my water running after another company came out a few days earlier and supposedly fixed it. We did need a new pump, so he installed a new submersive pump and we are THRILLED about it. Water is working great. He is a man of his word, and he knows what he's doing. Thank you!
