ServiceMaster Clean

After being out of town for a few days I returned for the long holiday weekend to find our apt. with 3" of standing water. I freaked out. While trying to find the cause of the water I had to figure out who could get the standing water out of here. I remembered the Service Master name and called them. They had a team on-site within 20 minutes - ON A SATURDAY - hooray!

We found the cause of the water leak and got it stopped. Service Master had all of the standing water gone within an hour. The wall board had gotten wet unfortunately. They checked all the walls, identified which ones were wet and how much. They put blowers & dehumidifiers in the apt for several days to dry it out. The two gentlemen were very polite, professional and happy to explain what they were doing and why. They checked the apt each day to record the moisture levels and evaluate how everything was drying out. Once it was dry (6 days later) they told me we could come back in. With their quick & thorough response we were able to avoid mold growth. Everything is now as it was before the flood. I highly recommend them for any water damage, leaks you have. They are great!
