This company presents themselves as the premiere lead service for contractors. As a contractor, my experience was just the opposite. The leads are terrible. Just a bunch of tire kickers that are surfing the internet. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

After reading several reviews about SERVICE MAGIC , it is a discusting what this company is dong and it sounds down right decieptful... there is no Magic to this company but the Reality they are taking hardworking people for a Ride.... There refferalls , what a joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to give a rating well based on others and 3 reviews of this company is enough to say they even deserve that, 1 star,

0 stars, you are better off calling the company direct, they syphon $$ off the top of hard working contractors for nothing !! . . . .there are others on the internet doing the same thing too ! They are all like PIMPS . . . . .0 stars

i used to do work for this co. service magic and stopped. they are a bunch of rip off scam artists wh it seems like just draws name out of phone book and charges leads to co. to any potential customer or buisness looking for work or work to be done. take my advice if you end up in this site for service magic abort mission you will be happier just looking for a company yourself.

I'm a contractor and I used them to get my business started. I canceled them on the second day and they extended me to a thrid and forth day. They charge for bogus leads.

they sent me four leads in one day charging me $54 dollars for the frist lead and it was only a 2 room job. the second, third, and forth where charges of $36 dollars a lead $162 dollars later only one of them return my call and calceled on me who really racking in money.

They send you a lead plus to another contractor thats with there service 2-3 at one time to the same job and you either win or lose do the math and it comes out there really making money off of us. CONTRACTORS BERWARE ITS A RISK WITH THEM NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BUSINESS THEY TRY TO CONVIENTS YOU TO PUT YOUR LEADS ON HOLD WHAT A JOKE THE WAY i FIGURED IT AT THE RATE I WAS GOING THEY WHERE GOING TO DRAIN MY ACCOUNT TO LEADS THAT THERE NOT EVEN SURE OF BUT THEY ARE SURE OF GETTING YOUR MONEY WEATHER THEY RESPOND TO YOU OR NOT IT TURNS OUT TO BE INNOCENT TO THOSES LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE BUT THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T KNOW HOW MUCH ITS HURTING YOU STAY AWAY

They just don't leave you alone. The contractors were telling me they paid for my name

I wouldn't even give them a one star rating.

They came out on July 21for a dishwasher repair. Understandably 2 parts needed to be ordered. I've had no follow-up whatsoever. Today is August 3rd, I've now placed my 2nd follow-up call to them. Come to find out the 2nd part was never ordered and his response was "oh ya, I need to get you some pricing on that foot panel". REALLY? I have boxes and blankets covering that gaping hole to prevent rats/mice etc. from coming into the house. I found 1 of the parts at Sears for $30 less. I've canceled the service request and DO NOT recommend them.

They had people call me for days. Horrible situation
