Provided by SuperpagesMy husband had spent two days trying to clean out a clog that was between the clean out and the sewer, but was not able to reach it. Scott B. was referred to us by a friend, so we called Service Professionals and requested him. We were very pleased with the service we received. Scott arrived on time and was professional and courteous from the first hello. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. He took care of the problem in a timely manner, was respectful of our home and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. Being that this same problem occurred last year, which was "taken care of" by another company, Scott advised us to schedule an appointment for them to take a look with a camera, but at no time was he pushy. He shared his knowledge and educated us on the proper maintenance of our plumbing. Provided by SuperpagesScott came today to clean out my kitchen sink pipe which was running very slow. I was very pleased as he was punctual, courteous, efficient and neat. He tarped the area so the area would not get dirty. He snaked the pipe and made sure it was running well. He also gave me other options for the future if the drain continues to clog. I really appreciated his knowledge and how thorough he was. Thank you Scott and Service Professionals.

Provided by SuperpagesGuys installed AC and furnace today. Connor, Dennis and Rob were very courteous and professional. They treated our home with a lot of respect and we were very pleased with the work they did. They also arrived Early for the appointment! I give these guys a big time Thumbs Up!

Provided by SuperpagesI man writing this review to commend the technicians at service professionals. especially James Demas i have never seen the ability to go above and beyond. I was scheduled for a comfort care advisor to visit with me and my husband. Do to my husband being sick we had to reschedule. unfortunately i got caught up in work and forgot. i reached out to james during the heat wave on his phone where he immediately picked up and within minutes was able to schedule and confirm the advisor oh yes and this was all at 7:30 in the evening. I would refer this company and especially this technician to everyone.

He arrived on time and did a great job of explaining our various options for additional service contracts.All in all,a very pleasant experience.
I called 3 plumbers 1st $125 not avail till sat 2nd $free est price quote on site 3rd being service professionals $I29 booked an appt for fri between 12-2pm for a clogged tub drain on thur. the price quoted was $129 there was a $50 off coupon on thur on the online site and also yellow pages add 1st Time @ ur home $50 off. the receptionist said she would honor the coupon b/c someone was not available till fri. I was pleased until I received a call back from the receptionist that she confirmed w/ the office mananger she said was unable to honor the coupon I was annoyed b/c now i being told that $159 was reg price $129 was special then why didn't they take $50 off 159 making it $109 and /or why place the coupon for 1st time @ ur home this was the 1st time they would be at my home I had used them for my bussiness previously in 2003 while the receptionist remained curteous i asked for the office manager to please call me back I was not satisified w/ them changing their mind she said they would in the am never receiving a call back i decide to call make sure they r still coming i am not wasting my time i was told that @ 1st she didn't know anything then said message was left on office manangers desk she wasn't coming in today since i wasn't satisfied they didn't book appt now no one was available basically go somewhere else if i ran my bussiness like that i would have never made it it is more cost effective to keep an existing customer than to pay to get new ones do you know how many you will lose if i pass this on? i still requested that she, the office manager call me back that i was not happy this is not an A+ BBB rating I want to see if she does
Needed a quick response to my sump pump problems during the Hurricane Irene storm - these guys fit me into their busy schedule and got to my house before we got too much water in my basement -
Quick repsonse - friendly technician - I'll use them again!
I felt this plumber was the only honest guy that walked in my house. He wasnt the cheapest but he gave me what i needed and charged us a very fiar price. He didnt try to sell us anything they just explained on how the better equipment lasted longer and actually saved me money in the long run. They are now my family plumbers. Thanks Rich for being upfront with us and not just trying to make a quick sale.
