        They were unprofessional in that I was scheduled to have my carpets cleaned for a home move out and the day of the appointment they were a no show. They did not call and give me any explanation. I called them three times and no answered. As a customer I expect a business to keep me informed of changes. I had to call and schedule with another company who did an excellent job. In the future if you are trying to grow your business try being professional and courteous to your customers.

        Overall

        We hired Frank on short noticed and we greatly appreciated his ability as soon as possible. He fixed our carpet edging, stretched our carpet, cleaned it and then installed wood planks underneath our doors.

        Problem is, he didn't finish the work and so far has left us in the dark. My mother-in-law has called him but he never returned her calls. I finally was able to get a hold of him and still no word on when he can finish the job. He has till Tuesday before I report him to the BBB

        I will not hire his services again and DO NOT recommend anyone to hire him

        Notably good service experience

        They did such a good job on my home that we referred them to my mother. We all just love them. They are very courteous and nice. They were on time and kept their original appointment! We all plan on using them again next year.
