DO NOT USE SECURENET FOR YOUR ALARM OR CAMERA SYSTEM. This is the most unprofessional bunch I have ever had the mis-pleasure to deal with.



First I have given them my credit card number 6 times to do auto draft on my accounts, they still are sending me bills to pay. Seems installation is different than monitoring so the installation can't seem to come out of the account. Funny if you call them them can tell you what you owe and if it is installation or monitoring.



Second they have made over 12 trips to my house and still do not have my equipment working correctly. The cameras are pixelated and records that way. I still have trouble using the wireless to see my cameras.



Third my alarm went off last night. No reason just went off. The guy said my sensor needs to be realigned. I asked that they put in a service request and they said a scheduler will call me today. Funny the scheduler does not even get in the office until late afternoon. Yep no way to get a service person out today. OH BUT if I want to PAY they will send a person out today!
