I called this number to see what plans they offer and I got about 5 quotes right away. They e-mailed me the information on the plan I liked best and I was able to apply for the plan through a web link. They even offered to bring me the application themselves so I wouldn't have to go out of my way to visit their office. But I did it over the phone instead. It was quick and easy. I dont know why more companies do business like this. Anyway, I bought their Aetna health plan and I was approved in 2 weeks. All done - and I never had to deal with an obnoxious agent. Cool!
