        To say that they are ineffective and not timely is an understatement. Random texts about appointments for repairs are sent and not once were the appointments in the system. Parts ordered take an inordinate amount of time to arrive, delaying the repair by weeks, not days, One visit to repair two appliances is double charged as two service so far when no solutions or answers are forthcoming. Do yourself a favor and contact a different company, I wish I had.
