Same Day Service Repairs

Needed service on a refrigerator they sent out a young tech he ran some test on both refrigerators said the one in the house needed a starter kit and the one outside the compressor was shot. He instaleed and starter kit on the inse refigerator and said it would take 4 hours to cool nothing happen in the 4 hours call back they told me 24 hours 24 hours later still nothing.Called again the tech told us to call sears to see if the compressor was still under warraty it was sears came out said they could not do warranty service do to this company cut the wires and voided our warranty I had paid a considerable amout to same day service and by my warranty being voided I had to pay another service fee to Sears. I have placed 3 calls with no return calls from this compay. Sears look at the refrigerator out side and siad the compressor was fine and just needed a starter kit that I could install myself.Same DayService is a rip off. Also filing a claim with the BBB. I would never recommend this company

First of all they send some high school kid to my house to fix my refer. He appeared lost like he did not know what he was doing. He tried several parts and finally he said he "Thinks he has it" Then proceeds to give me some astronomical price. But with my food spoiling I didnt have a choice. A couple of days later the same problem reoccured. The same kid came out and re[placed another part and said that this "should" fix the problem. A couple days later the same problem occured for a third time. The same kid came out and changed another part and said he "thinks" this one will fix it but then wanted more money. I kicked him out without his part and without the extra money. A couple days later the same problem occured. I call another company they sent a tech that on the first visit fixed my Fridge on the first visit. They did it for half the price. A month later it is working beautifully. These guys are a rip off and I would never ever use them again or recommend them.

I found everyone I dealt with at this company to be courteous, professional, honest and conscientous. I will use Same Day Repair Service if needed again, and will recommend them to others.
