Roadone Towing

Do not use these people. They are thieves who pray on older people who are distant. My stolen vehicle, when found, was towed at the sheriffs request despite my best efforts to contact a local relative who could pick it up. A to Z charged me $185 for a tow I did not request or authorize. Further, they charged me $80 for 2 days storage despite the fact that my vehicle was there for only overnight. When I asked, ahead of time, how much my daughter-in-law would be charged to pick up the car I was told it would be $40. Knowing that I could not confront them from my residence in Montana they deliberately lied and fleeced me.

Very professional, courteous and fast. We died on East 8 and called 511. The towing service they called was RoadOne. The gentleman was very professional and was there in less than 15 minutes. He was very safety oriented, professional and courteous. I was very impressed. It was a 55$ hook up and 5.50 a mile. Hopefully you won't need a tow--but when you do , call them. This company's representative deserves a raise. Way to go Gabriel. If every employee is like him, they should be in business a long time.
