Richard's Appliance Repair

DO NOT USE this business. They lie and cheat. The repairman showed up 3-4 hours late. He showed up in a beat up rusted out pick up truck with no logo. He smelled of smoke. I called in for a washer issue after a move. All he basically did was hook up a hose and turn in water. 5 min of work. He said he needed to check dryer. I told him it was working, I used it. He hit power button on and off. Then charged me $240.00 for fixing both. He threatened me in my home and said I had to pay for both. He made me write the check out to him personally, Gary Hinds. I called to complain and have been told 8 times I would get my money back for dryer. They tell me when I they will have it to me, but they never mail it or show up. Now I can't get them to answer their phone I leave messages and they do not call back. They have no office and work from their home. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! I gave it a 1 star only because I had to pick one or it would not post it. In all actuality they would be a NEGATIVE in stars.
