I chose REMAD and glad I did. My balky patio door now "floats" it so good! Super!

Phone was answered did not have to leave a message showed up at my home on time clean neatly shaved clean clothes.Name on the shirt, and wonder of all wonders had the correct product, cleaned up I could not tell they had been there and Reasonably Priced. I am recommending this company to all my friends.

The Contractor was professional, on time,and got to work right away. He replaced the broken windows and cleaned up all the glass around them. I will call The company again when I need to replace my window frames.

The glass in my double pane 6' patio door was shattered, but intact. Alberto came out and measured the door so they could order a replacement fixed panel. When the panel came in Alberto showed up on time and replaced the panel. He very carefully spread a drop cloth to catch the tiny glass chips before removing the broken panel. He readjusted the slider and cleaned up all debris. Nice job, Alberto. Debbie had given me a quote with a reasonable price and that's what I was charged.

I was looking for a handle and lock for my sliding glass door that was no longer made. Debbie went the extra mile to look for my parts and the price couldn't have been beat! To me customer service is a lost art, and when a company shows me that I'm the most important person that is all that matters! That is why anymore window needs they will be my first call.

Called phone was answered not a leave a message machine, scheduled an appointment Mark was here on time resonably priced work was completed and you could not tell he was in my house the clean-up was so good. I would recommend to my mother if she needed glass replacement or service.
