Very happy customer. Had a clogged drain, thanks to the garbage disposal and my misuse of it. Called last night, and this morning, Gerald came and had it running in minutes. He could have made more money by taking out the disposal or making a bigger job of it, but he just fixed it quickly, and gave me tips on using the disposal, (like no coffee grounds, and such.) Price was reasonable, and the service was professional and pleasant. Will call again.

We've snaked our pipes three times to 25 foot, and pulled out lots of Flushable Wipes. (We've since found out that consumer reports says they are NOT flushable... especially in older homes.) We are still backing up. We called Jan Ashford Plumbing, who we've used before, but she's retired and Reddi Services bought her out. We got a free estimate (which Chas Robert will not do) which was very reasonable. Alfredo was very courteous, but we will see what the bottom line is by the end of the day. Details here tomorrow!

I was pleasently suprised with their timliness and production. We had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. Pepe showed up and had the system unclogged and working in 15 minutes. He also made other suggestions so I don't have the same problem. Evidentaly the builder of my home used a 1/4 hp garbage disposal when this size home normally calls for a 1 hp system. In any case they were punctual, fair on price and easy to deal with.
