Decent body work. Terrible customer service. Car was returned with many overlooked issues which were very apparent.

My car was in Ray's for over two months culminating in one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The staff in no way kept me updated on what was going on with my car, and were deceptive to the point of lying to me at least once (telling me a part came in one week and then saying they were still waiting for the SAME part the next week). When I finally went in to get my car I saw another customer come in inquiring about his car and it seemed he was being treated the same way. Overall I was shocked at the lack of concern for the customer at this establishment. I would recommend it to no one.

I recently got in a wreck and my car got taken to rays to be fixed. I went there about the second week it was there to see how it was coming along. When I walked in they were super nice and one guy offered to take me back to see it. When we got to it the guy who was working on it explained everything he was doing to it and showed me what he had already done. I also went back a second time to see how it was coming along, and they were just as nice. They assured me everything would be just as nice, if not nicer, than it was before I got in the wreck. I also went there a while ago with my old car and they shined up my headlights. Did a great job.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt completely secure with my decision to have Ray’s collision do my repairs. My car was done when they said it would be and absolutely PERFECT. The hard work and dedication to delivering a quality finished product is second to none. These are first-class hard working people who truly care about what they do. We could not be happier.
