I do not recommend her to anyone,
she messed up mine & a few of my friends & family's income tax return. She does not take her time while doing taxes then ends up putting wrong bank account. please don't make the mistake & go to her.

Daisy is the tax representative and owner of the company and Maggie works as her receptionist. I’ve been going to her sonce 2013 and have even recommended her to different people countless of times but for some reason the people I would recommend her to would have problems with her and go elsewhere. Never understood why because she was great to me and my husband until this tax year (for 2017). Had a fallout with her because she changed the refund amount dramatically from $3,600, to $2,800 to $1200 and finally the last straw was when she told us we’d only get $900. There was discrepancies with our paperwork when we turned them in in March and she failed to notify us as soon as possible causing us to miss the deadline. We wanted to keep going to her even though we moved out of town because we are loyal customers and the service she provided beforehand was great. Decided to get a second opinion elsewhere and decided to file with them instead. Two days later I get a call from Daisy stating she didn’t appreciate what we did and told me she would no longer be filing our taxes from now on and hung up on me. Highly unprofessional and would not have expected that from her because of the countless certifications and awards she has hanging on her wall. Maggie was great had no problems her and helped anytime I called and needed her help.

My name is Ashley Trotter and I had the worst experience of my life with this company!!! First of all they are horrible with returning customers phone calls, the receptionist in the front is a BIMBO and cant even answer a baby telephone! My tax return was sent back from the IRS because the idiot filing them didn't sign them or input information correctly!! I had to confront her about it 3 months later because I knew nothing about my return and she was NOT returning my phone calls, she told me to get the F out of her office in front of customers, told me I was NOT her client after I paid her initially for the services, I had to go back and file with the IRS directly and never got my $300 back! Never go here she will screw you over and have you believing your taxes are correct- I only gave 1 star because I had to pick one, otherwise I wouldn't have at all!
