R E S Guttering Service Inc

I contacted R.E.S. for Gutter and Siding on my home. First impressions were great. They came to my home and gave me a quote for the work to be done for free. The salesman walked me through the process and the time frame. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up all the trash/materials when done. The did the work in a few days as promised. It looks amazing! All my neighbors are green with envy!

To begin with, I gave them 1 start because I couldn't give them none. They do not deserve the 1 star. This co is the absolute worst co I've ever had to deal with in my life. I had a siding and gutter project that should have taken 3 days to a week to complete. They jerked me around for the first week and a half and when they finally started working the work was not anything that you would expect from a "professional' installer. For a week, they jerked me around by telling me they would be here first thing in the morning and not showing and not even calling. After a week of this, the owner's son, Danny, shook my hand and said he would be here the next day and every day until the job was done. I did not hear from anyone for the next day and a half. The list of problems is too long to list, but I fired these people twice and now have another installer correcting their mistakes.



Beware!!! Do Not let RES Guttering touch your home.
