        A DEPENDABLE CONTRACTOR WITH VISION

        I first met Mr. Quispe while he was an installer for a granite company that I purchased various pieces to be installed in my investment properties. My first reaction to him was that he was prompt, precise and had a high level of attention to detail. Mr. Quispe was the lead installer on 2 to 3 of my projects from his company before I decided to work with him outside the company. My decision to work with him was based on his commitment to his company;(he continue to upsell products and services that the company offered other than what he was currently there for), his vision,(he was able to suggest alternate ways of completing a job so that the customer can see all the options as well as being able to make a thorough informed decision of any project) and his desire to see the job through(he has worked many late nights to ensure the deadline were meet for each project).



        Since Mr. Quispe has started his own company, I consider him my #1 contractor. He has installed serveral pieces of granite in one of my investment properties, installed ceramic tiles in my foyer, rehabbed and re-installed two of my decks for two different locations, served a general maintanence guy for my properties,installed toilets, painted and installed both base and crown moulding. Mr. Quispe is currently helping me to build an art gallery in my primary residence. Being an investor and a former military guy, attention to detail and high level of service is the foundation of my investment strategy. He had both.



        Mr. Quispe is also a skilled framer; as he has worked for a major home developer in one of his prior jobs. I am honored, lucky and inspired to work with him because I feel his is very competent in his abilities as well as his ability to deliever on each project. His skill are far advanced than those of other contractors that we "investor" look for when contemplating a project. I wish Mr. Quispe well and hope that we could continue to work together in the future on bigger projects.
