I called Quik Rooter and within 30 minutes Ron was there! He was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done with efficiency! My call was answered by Brandi. She cared about my situation and you could tell that she puts her customers first! I highly recommend Quik Rooter!

I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues because they did lie and cheat. They did not know what they are doing. They did try repair leaky copper pipe over 25 years old. Quik Rooter told me that repair job will take 25 to 30 man work hours and wanted $2500, but Quik Rooter worked only 4 hours and failed to repair leaky pipe. Now, they wanted $4200 more to re-pipe. They did not do any investigation or testing on the pipe which is wrong thing to do by a licensed plumber.

They should be shamed on their recommendations and do lie one after other.

My husband and I recently moved to Visalia from San Diego (work related). We don't plan on staying too long so we thought it might be fun to buy a fixer-upper. Lots of issues come with buying an old home but fixing the septic system was definitely first on our list. After price shopping three different plumbing companies we found Quik Rooter! I spoke with the woman in the office for 20 minutes or more (very polite) and one hour later she had a plumber at our home with all tools intact. He pumped our septic tank, gave us the best price and left his work area cleaner than before, all in just a few hours.

I've called Quik Rooter out to my place twice now (once for a septic tank pump and once for a drain clean) and both times they were professional, knowledgable, and courteous. I've tried other companies, but Quik Rooter was the first that did the job on time, right the first time, and at an affordable rate. I highly recommend this company!

the guy was at our place for about 30 minutes, 15 minutes at his van and 15 minutes in our bathroom. couldn't get the plumbing job done right but charged us for coming out.
