Terrible. He did not fix my heater. My heat shut off at 6 pm and I was told he would come tomorrow at 10 am. Then my heat shut off at 8:30 and he said to leave it off until 10 am the next day when he could come out to look at it. It's 5 degrees outside! I don't think I can go the night without heat. He should have fixed it this afternoon.
