I've had two of the worst towing experiences in my life with quality towing they tried to leave me and my son stranded after they were supposed to towed me to a tire shop that had already closed long story short I asked them if they could change my tire or told me home and they said no I have to wait 2 hours for them to finally decide to take me home after me complaining to Triple A what company that outsource them
These jerks should not be in buisness! Yes they got to my tow on time and were very respectful. Although! When they go to write my information down, they used my information and tried to make over seas telephone calls. They stole my credit card number! They did this all while I was a tourist. Now I am so furious with them. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT let the driver whose number is 35? take any of your information. He will take the information and use it. Who ever thinks about using this company is an idiot. They will be hearing from me very soon.
My car was unfortunately towed by Quality Towing. When I paid, which by the way they only took exact dollar amount (in cash), they drove it out and I noticed it was damage on the front of my car!!! I immediately filed a report and was immediately denied. Their name isn't an accurate representation of their work and integrity.
Beware of this company. Charged $194.00 for 45 minutes.
Also, tried to jerk car off flat bed which they could have simply put the car in neutral and backed off of flatbed.
Fnally, put car in neutral while flatbed was elevated and disconnected cable so car rolled off flatbed and hit a pole.
No care for customer or vehicle and the price is extremely out of line
Try another towing company, believe it, it will be worth it
Showed up on time and had friendly service. They made the tow painless. Even put my car down exactly where I wanted it. Nice.
