Provided by DexKnowsReally, really expensive. They wanted to charge me $1600 dollars for a basic water heater install (parts and labor). Be careful hiring them, they charge at least twice a regular plumber would charge.
Last night I called Quality Plumbing Services because my sewer was backing up. It was very late so I was surprised when a live person answered the phone on the first ring. He was very professional and they got a plumber to my home quickly. The plumber who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem right then and there. I will now call Quality Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Provided by DexKnowsAs a repeat Quality Plumbing customer I would highly recommend these guys to everyone!! We recently bought a new house and when we found the need for a plumber, we knew exactly who to call. Once again, the phone was answered by a real live person and they arrived when promised. We were quoted a fair price for a new sump pump and it was installed in no time. The cleaned up after themselves and actually left the utility room cleaner than when they got there. We will be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!!
Best plumbers ever! A few days ago, my water heater started leaking. I did the due diligence thing and called around to several companies. There are a lot of companies out there but none that offer a ten year parts and labor warranty on a new water heater. Most companies told me 5-7 years on the tank but only 1 year on parts and labor. Quality Plumbing Services came to my home and did an outstanding job! They not only replaced the water heater but also found that my shut off valve was old and hard to turn. They went above and beyond, were reasonably priced and took the old heater away for me. They are now my plumber of choice!
I recently called Quality Plumbing Services for a leak that was coming through my kitchen ceiling. They came out, found the problem and had it fixed all in the same day. The plumbers were professional, neat and cleaned up everything better than when they got to my home. I will definitely call them again! Thanks guys!
My bathtub was clogged and would not drain. I called Quality Plumbing and was pleasantly surpirised when Wally and John arrived the very same day. They donned their blue shoe covers to protect my white carpet on their way to my bathroom. They rather quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared the drain in a matter of mintues. AND, they cleaned the bathtub!! They left no mess and have made me a VERY satisfied customer. I will call Quality Plumbing for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future!
Don't do business with a company that preys on you if they think you are vunerable.. After paying a $60 dollar service call, I was told my water heater needed replacement in my rental home. I figured that was the case, and asked for a quote..Told me they got one right on the truck and it is $1700!! for a 50 gallon water heater!!!! I don't care much for all the warranties, whitles, and bells.. ITS A WATER HEATER!! Don't gouge me by overcharging nearly 70%!! I said, keep your 60 bucks.. Made 2 phone calls. Both gave me a phone quote nearly 600 cheaper. (the going rate for such an item) Got one installed for $900
Con artists is what they are.. Pretty shady Shame on me for not getting an installlation quote prior to the service call.

As in most cases there are two sides to every story. We do not know how anyone can say we prey on vulnerable people, when Quality Plumbing Services Inc. provides you with upfront pricing prior to any work being performed. No bait and switch tactics, no hourly rates, no hidden charges … all costs are given prior to the start of any work. While this customer "didn't care much about warranties" for his rental home, most of our customers enjoy the piece-of-mind that comes with our Industry leading 10 year parts and labor warranties on all of our water heaters. Also, as licensed plumbing professionals who are required by law to follow the Illinois state plumbing code, there are certain situations where costs may be incurred to correct any code violations. For example, proper connections to existing water supply, and the installation of a safety pan underneath all second floor water heater installations (as was the case in this particular installation). At Quality Plumbing Services Inc. we do not consider these items "whistles and bells." We would not jeopardize your family and your property with sub-standard products and non-code compliant installations. While others might, we cannot and will not.

Provided by DexKnowsWednesday after it rained I had a slight sewer back- up. I called one of these $99.00 dollar rodding outfits. They came out told me I had roots in my sewer and they needed to dig up my FRONT yard quoted me a few thousand dollars for the job. I wanted a second opinion so I called Quality plumbing the guys were great the came out rodded the sewer. Video inspected my sewer with some really nice equipment, showed me the condition of my sewer told me every thing was o.k. Located my sewer with their equipment and found out my sewer here in Arlington hts. Runs out the BACK of the house. Unbeliveable!! Great service, knowledgable, honest, I'm a customer for life!!
The guys that came to my house were helpful, polite, and informative. They knew what they were doing and got the job done. Will definitely recommend to others and be a repeat customer.

Provided by DexKnowsLast week my sump pump went out at during the middle of the night and my basement started flooding. I call Quality Plumbing Services and someone answered the phone right away. They took down my information and had a plumber to my house within an hour. They gave me the price before they did any work and replaced my pump before my finished basement got damaged. Thanks Quality, you have a customer for life!
