Awesome company!! We cannot say enough about this company. We had a sewage back up in our house, and looked for a local company to come out. We found PuroClean and are glad we did. They responded quickly, on time, and walked us through the entire process. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They always kept us in the loop, and even did extra items to ensure we were comfortable. To top it off, they didn't even charge us for those extra items. They are far better then any other company out there. On Saturday evening I had a question that i wanted to make sure i asked before i forgot about it later. I decided i was going to call them and leave a message so they would call back when they could the next day, or on Monday. When i called, they answered the phone, and took the time to answer any question i had. Man was I impressed. I told the guy I spoke to how surprised I was that he answered this late in the day and apologized for calling so late. His reply... " It is no problem at all sir, that is what we are here for. Always at your service, and here to help, no matter what time it is." I wish other companies would take note from these guys. Thank you very much to all of you at PuroClean. I plan to make sure my Insurance company and everyone know what great people you truly are.

Definitely hire PuroClean. I live in a condo and the pipes from someone else's apartment leaked into my daughter's room. PuroClean was sent out to help take care of the damages. Dennis was here for every step of the process. He explained everything in great detail. They went above in beyond making sure to take caution with our personal items. He showed up on time and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. He even came out in the snow storm to make sure the drywall crew knew what to do. After the work was done he came back and cleaned the bedroom carpet. He then offered to do the hallways and the living room. I truly have never experienced such great service before. It was a nice feeling to not have to worry about the quality of work we received. Everything turned out great and I'm super happy about the carpets :)

I had major water damage from a plumbing leak, and Brett and his staff really took care of us. They were quick to respond, reliable, trustworthy, and explained each step along the way. They worked closely with my insurance company and made an unfortunate event tolerable. Plus, they were really careful with our things. I highly recommend them!

These guys are AWESOME!! So much better then anyone else we have ever had to use. This was my second loss and my insurance wanted me to use ServPro. I had bad experience with them so decided to give these guys a try. They were here when they said they would be, took care of all of my furniture and personal items, explained what they were doing before they did it, and always communicated everything with me. If i ever need this service again, I will certainly be calling them. I recommend them to everyone. They are worth the call. Wish I had them on my previous loss!!! Thank you Brett and Dennis. I was out of town on business and my hot water heater busted flooding my basement. Fortunately, I was able to get ahold of PuroClean within 30 minutes of finding out. They were at my house and removing water from my basement within an hour and a half. They went back everyday to check on the progress and then, after it was dry, they thoroughly cleaned the carpet. They kept in constant contact with me via, phone, text, and email throughout the entire process. They event sent pictures.



I can't tell you how much I appreciate the great job they did and what a relief it was to me that they were handling everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Courteous, timely, and professional!!!

PuroClean is the best! My husband and I are extremely please with PuroClean! From the time I placed the service call, Dennis was at my home within 1 hour. My basement had some flooding due to my sump pump failing. My husband and I were panicking but once Dennis arrived he put all of our worries at ease. Dennis placed several carpet fans and a dehumidifier in my basement. He also sanitized everything. The drying process took a few days but during that time Dennis would stop by and check things but he always called before he came which was great incase I had to run out or my daughter was napping. Not only did I receive excellent service but the price was extremely reasonable! Although I hope I don’t have these problems again but at least if I do, I know I can trust PuroClean!
