ProSigniing Notary And Finger Printing

Not a pleasant service at all, I requested a finger printing and explained I was on my way to Nashville and asked if would be able to help me, she explained yea I am a mobile service and would be able to meet me at panera bread. I waited at panera bread for 45 mins, I called and she told me to meet her at a closer panera bread in downtown, i drove to the other location to only wait another hour. The lady never showed up never called to explain anything. She set expectations and did not follow up. No proactive communication. Horrible service!!!! Wasted 3 hours of my day for this.
