Project Go has helped me pay my utility bill a few times over the years. Staff is very helpful and patient. The last time I got help, my application got lost in the mail and they worked with me and Roseville Utilities and prevented an electrical shut-off.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING AND A GOD SEND. ELECTRICITY WAS DISCONNECTED AND NOT EVEN 2 HOURS LATER MY LIGHTS WERE PAID AND SERVICE WAS RESTORED, NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE VOUCHER AMOUNT COVERED MY DELINQUENT PORTION AND 3 ADDITIONAL MONTHS. I CALLED THEM, THEY TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND THEY WERE HELPFUL IN GETTING AN EMAIL TO MY MOTHER WHICH LIVES OUT OF CITY AS SHE WAS PART OF MY INCOME VERIFICATION WHICH WAS REQUIRED. I WOULD RECOMMEND (AND I HAVE) TO ANYONE IN PLACER COUNTY NEEDING ASSISTANCE WITH UTILITY PAY. TWO THUMBS UP, FIVE STAR SERVICE, KUDOS, KUDOS, KUDOS!!!
THE ONLY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WAS THE RECEPTIONIST, FOR WHATEVER REASON SHE HAD A MAJOR ATTITUDE. BUT I QUICKLY PUT HER IN HER PLACE AND MADE SURE SHE KNEW I WASN'T TAKEN HER EYE ROLLING, SIGHING OUT LOUDLY AND SLAMMING PAPERS AROUND. SHE CHANGED THAT ATTITUDE REAL QUICK. They are so nice and helpful here. They told me exactly what I needed to qualify and I got my forms into them as quickly as I could. They got me the help I needed ASAP.

Provided by SuperpagesHEAP Assistance contract is now being run by a waterproof company in Roseville, that has a Director and their supervisor harrassing thier underserved client base by demanding over the top requests for more documentation than necessary, causing me undue stress and frustration due to thier nature of treating the poor without respect, dignity and assistance they need for survival. I give them NO stars for their combative behavior!
