My son wanted to sell his Dad's1994 Mustang convertible that he had inherited. The driver's seat was ripped, the headliner was stained and the visors were a mess. Pro Touch Auto did a remarkable job! My Ford Mustang convertible was recently in need of a significant repair. The top was leaking, and my backseat and trunk were consequently flooded every time it rained. My sister suggested that I take my car to Pro Touch Auto because of their reputation of professionalism, excellence, and honesty. Pro Touch Auto exceeded my expectations. First, they met me at my workplace to assess the top and brought me a diagnosis almost instantaneously. It was decided that the best (and really only) option was to replace the convertible top. They assured me that they would call around locally to find me the best-priced, brand new top to match my car. The very same day they found one on sale in a near by city, and my car was in the shop the following day. The water damage was pretty extensive, so they had to take out almost the entire interior, wash it, dry it out, and put it back in (this was all in addition to replacing the convertible top). From the moment I called Pro Touch Auto with my problem to the moment I picked up my car took only five days! When I came to retrieve my car, I could not believe how incredible it looked! They even took the liberty of clearing out the headlights for me. I felt like I drove away in a brand new car. I used to dread driving it every day, and now I look forward to driving it! I would absolutely recommend Pro Touch Auto to anyone looking for quality service and genuine, honest people-a combination that is unfortunately very hard to find today.
