Pollard's Towing Co

Pollard's Pirates is the correct name for these scam artists. Regardless of the reason(s) why you were towed these people are beyond disrespectful and rude. There is no need for that and best believe I WILL get this place shut down.. that's the level of petty I've reached. Also, you can't pick and choose which cars you tow. If you tow 1 car for this reason then you need to tow ALL the cars in violation of the same reason. And I'm 100% convinced that the apartments that use them get SOMETHING out of it. How can you supply 3 visitors spots THAT RESISENTS WITH PASSES USE for a 4 building apartment complex??? These ppl troll and stalk.. I'm talking 10 minutes, in and out, after lapping the entire complex twice to look for a visitors spot at 11:45 at night, and leaving a note saying I would be no more than 15 minutes. Total crap.

We felt we got scammed ..we were told before our car was lifted we could pay with credit card .. When we got to shop we were told machines were down cash only ...if we would have known that from the start I would not have used them but was forced to use a portion of my rent money ..and was also met with attitude from the driver and manager when I asked to be accommodated for the inconvenience ,. They said they never told us we could use card and miss heard them ..... Biggest scam tow company around

Terrible company. He comes out every night to tow people, even on superbowl Sunday. Charges 250 cash to get car back. And, in general, carries himself like a thief.

This company is run by vultures, the scum of the earth. They charged $250 cash for towing less than a half mile, we're not present when they said they would be to turn my car over, and generally comported themselves in a manner befitting only the worst of thieves and brigands.

Resident of 20 Lambourne apartment complex told my daughter to park in her spot. She returned 15 minutes later to find that her car had been towed by Mike with Pollard's Towing. Mike was unwilling to confirm any of the information and told my daughter she'd have to pay $250 to get her car released. I was unable to reach a resident manager at the apartment complex to see if they could help. Spoke with apartment complex first thing this morning and they were very well aware of all the complaints about Pollard's .....they are under contract to use them and they are in bed with the devil!! Same on both of you. Karma. Perry the manager was unwilling to listen as well.

They towed my car while I was walking to pay the machine to print ticket for my windshield!! I literally was 3 minutes!!! They can shove it!
