I made my reservation Jan 27th...

I made my reservation Jan 27th for my March 11 trip. I was never given a rceipt. They said they where going to mail it. I called 2 weeks later they said the trip was scheduled and they would send it out.I called 2 days before my trip and was told everything was fine for 5 a AM pick up on 11th. At 11 Pm on 9th I was called and told they would not come out. I talked to the dispatcher MGR named Charles. He said I was 4 miles out from the normal pick up area.He said they could not got to me anyway nor was he sory. about it. Charles was rude and swore at me. I was told I would get a redund when they got to it. Now I am stuck less 24 hours to get money and find another way to the airport. I have used this service many times before. The fact I am a returning customer did not seem to matter to them at all. How they can do business this way is puzzling. I would never use them again nor would I refer them to my worst enemy.

Dangerous and Filthy!

We used them, because we had a 2am flight, We contracted for a late PM (9pm) pick-up, but Keisha called the day before and changed our time to 7:45pm. When the van arrived, it was filthy, no a/c (the outside temp was 87 and HUMID), the windows were inoperable and duct taped shut, the van had no muffler or rear shocks, The seat was so poorly padded we felt as if we were sitting on bare board. The driver drove us from east Lake County, Indiana to O'Hare. By the time the driver got to I-65, the trip to O'Hare took 47 minutes. The driver drove 85-90 mph the entire trip, as he had another fare to pick up at Midway at 9pm. We were ill from the carbon monoxide leaking into the van. I was wearing a white shirt, which was permanently soiled from the filthy seat belt. When we returned, the driver chewed us out, because we did not call them the second our plane touched down in Chicago. I called Keisha 2 days after we returned, and asked to speak to the owner. I have made 8 other calls, and the owner has never returned our call. The last time I spoke with her, she said, "We got you there didn't we?" We are filing a chargeback with our credit card, and will file a lawsuit if it is declined.

They are the WORST.

They picked us up for Midway over 5 hours before our flight left. Returning home, they were over 45 minutes late, picked us up in a van with no air-conditioning on a day that was over 95 degrees, and when the van filled with smoke and died on 80/94, it took over 45 minutes for them to send a replacement van ( also with no air-conditioning) to pick us up. We arrived home over 3 hours after our plane landed. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE THEM.

we used their service from and the driver was 45 min late. tried to call for complaint and keisha, the dispatch, rudely hung up on us twice. we were told there was nothing we could do for late service, pretty much just accept it and pay us. the service sounds nice for door to door pickup and i'm pretty sure some have had good service but when you get stranded for 45 minutes at 11:00 pm with a toddler it sucks. use this service at your own risk because if something goes wrong, there is nothing you can do about it!

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called to report that a driver had cut me off almost causing me to crash. Chavett took my call with a very bad ATTITUTE. When I was explaining what happened she was dead on the line. I thought I might of lost the call from my cell...so I say Hello. She replys, yea, I'm here. She went to the point of asking me if I had a job. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH MY COMPLAINT????????????????????????????????

I would never use this comany. If drivers drive like that and customer service acts like that...who knows what would happen.

REMEMBER...THEY ARE A SERVICE BASED COMPANY WHO TREATS PEOPLE POORLY. I'D SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY FOR A LIMO.

The price is right. They were delayed but notified us they would pick us up on time. However, the driver inattention was terrible. He was constantly figiting with devices, bluetooths, cellphones, etc. We swayed in to other lanes and few times and the worst part is the van is FILTHY. I don't me outside. It was dirty inside to the point I hated to get in or touch anything. The windows, seats, everything was dirty!. I will never take this again, unless I hear they have cleaned it up.

ITS SO WORTH THE MONEY

I have traveled with them for many years and yea there was a few delays,but they were always do to flight delays. People dont understand that just like the airport,when a flight is delayed it throws the other legs of the schedule off.If a plane is held back because of weather that driver still has others he has to pick up and it wouldnt be fair to hold a van full of customers that have came in on time .So they simply send the next driver its never to bad and with gas prices being what they are you cant beat it with a baseball bat.So in closing as long as your prices remain less than a half tank of gas, Ill continue to be a customer!!!!

NOT BAD AT ALL

I've used the Pipeline 3 times now and have had a pleasant experience. Although the pick up from the airport is unpredictable because of traffic, flight delays, and luggage not coming out on time. When I made my reservation the young lady told me that this was a share ride service, therefore, I didn't expect to go right home. The only bad thing I have to say about the service is they need a new method of picking up from the airport especially for delayed flights. I only paid $25 so I don't have anything to complain about.

NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE

After returning from an exhausting 8 hour International Flight, we made our call to be picked up and had to wait 45 minutes. When the driver showed up, we then proceeded to a gas station so he can refuel. After the delay to the gas station, we proceeded to Midway Airport to pick up another passenger. Needless to say, all we wanted was to get home in a timely matter which wasn't the case. I will pay extra money on our next trip to rent a limo service, they have proven in the past to be on-time and reliable. We have used People Mover before and I'm done using their service, the first time we used their services they were 30 minutes late picking us up and the dirver made up the time by driving at least 90 mph to get us to the airport on-time, thank goodness we got to the airport in one piece.
