Pete's Water Damage Restoration

We had a broken pipe under the toilet, that busted during the day when we were at work. Came home to a real mess, 5 inches of water throughout the whole house. We called the fire dept, and they shut off the water main, and then the electricity! To dangerous i guess with all that water. We were lost, until my neighbor gave me Pete's Carpet Cleaning Card and said I should call him because he would know what to do. That saved our lives.

Called Pete, he was here in 20 minutes. He just took control and knew what to do, a real pro at what he does. Braxton, the Operations manager was Great too. They got us a place to stay, and coordinated with the insurance company right from the start.

Since is was after 6:30 PM on Friday, our agent was not available, and we really were not sure what to do. Pete took care of everything, start to finish. We ended up with new doors and frames, cabinet bottoms, new base boards, new carpet, new paint, and a completely cleaned home, furniture and all (some was replaced ).

Pete was instrumental in working with the insurance adjuster, and we even got a discount on the deductible. We couldn't be happier, Pete made a bad situation bearable, and help us more than I could ever express in words. He is a saint.

Found Pete's Carpet Cleaning on my iPhone from YP mobile! Called them, and they took time to answer all of my questions, and I never felt they didn't care about how many questions I asked! Pete spoke to me personally and I just knew he was passionate about his business and helping me with my particular needs. He also told me there a few other good carpet cleaners in my area and went as far o give me their names and numbers! I called them and although almost all were polite, I just felt Pete was the most helpful so he got the job! Braxton and Rikki came and did the job and were very informative about the cleaning process and the post cleaning care of my carpet and rugs! I was particularly impressed with the final outcome! I am very picky, and I always closely inspect any work done in my home, and this is one time it was Perfect! Kuddo's to you Pete and your crew! We had Pete's Carpet Cleaning out to our home in Frisco, TX about two weeks ago. Pete was very nice, polite, and very knowledgeable. Pete was talking to my son Matt, who is in nursing school, about his nursing care plans and after Pete left ,Matt said Pete was able to help him out in 15 minutes that no other instructor has ever done. We didn't know Pete was even an RN. But that is not why I'm writing this review, I wanted to let EveryOne know what a fantastic job Pete & Rod did on the carpet and upholstery. It all looks brand new and our home smells like new again just like Pete said it would. And after 2 weeks we just can't believe how great the work done has been. Our family visited this week for spring break, and everyone commented on how nice the house smelled and how soft the carpets were. We just think Pete's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is a FIVE STAR A++++ company. We will never use anyone else ever again.

Had a coupon for a free room of carpet cleaning given to us. We called to arrange the free cleaning of the living room and Pete's Carpet Cleaning came out to get r' done. Pete was really nice and took the time to explain some things about our carpet that we never knew. We just went with the free cleaning at the time, but when they were done we could see what Pete had been telling us.

We both have allergies, and it has really been bad the last 2 months or so. We noticed that when we were in the living room everything as fine ( that was the room Pete cleaned and sanitized). When we would be in any other room we would get congested, were couging and sneezing, and it was getting unbearable. Pete came back out last week and cleaned all the rooms, and our mattresses, and vents, and furniture. They used the Microban stuff and boy are we happy. We are allergy symptom free for a week now, thanks to Pete's Carpet Cleaning.

But the biggest joy is that they probably saved our house from burning down. The dryer vent was plugged solid with lint and Pete took pictures to show us how bad it was on the roof too. He brought the vent cap down and I just was amazed. We thought we needed a new dryer, but now it is working like new. BRAVO is all I can say. Pete's Carpet Cleaning is A number 1.

Really pleased with the work, they got rid of the urine smell from my pets and removed the stains. I was really impressed with their knowledge about the "chemistry of cleaning" and how they explained everything to me. They didn't know I have a double major in chemistry and biology, but the showed me the pH of my carpet before and after the cleaning, and I was so darn impressed, that says a lot.

The process they use, the quality of the equipment, and the BABY SAFE Cleaning is very important to me as a new mother with and I know these guys were the best when they were done. My carpets were dry in about 2 hours, CLEAN, and they look like new again.

I will use them again, without hesitation, and will recommend them to everyone I know.

We called Pete's Carpet Cleaning on short notice, and they were able to fit us in the next day. They were on time, polite, neat, professional +++, and did, absolutly, the best job I have ever seen done on carpet. My wife was so impressed that she insisted I give the 2 gentleman who did the work a $20.00 tip each! My wife NEVER wants to tip anyone, and this was a first. That's how good these guys were. We will NEVER call anyone else for our carpet and flooring needs. BRAVO!

I wanted to put a review of this company because they went way beyond what I ever expected. They were so nice and polite, and really knew what they were doing. I was so impressed with how they explained EVERYTHING about my carpet. I now know how to care for it better and it will last much longer I am sure. They did a fantastic job, got ALL the stains & mal-odors out. I still can't believe what a fantastic job they did for the price. If you have any doubts about which carpet cleaning company to call, don't hesitate to call this one! They are well worth waiting a day or two for, and they gave me a very good value for the price I paid. I give them an A+++++++ for service, professionalism, value, and quality of work.

I just wanted to thank all of you at Pete's Carpet Cleaning. First of all, thank you Pete for being there for us at 3:30 in the morning on Sunday just before school starts. Waking up to a flooded hall and 2 bedrooms from the broken hot water heater was not something we ever thought was going to happen today.

Second, I want to thank Stephen and Roderic for staying until the job was completed this afternoon. All of my family thinks you guys are the best. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, neat, well dressed, and Roderic is so funny, he had us all laughing so hard we forgot all about the problem we were having. Pete, I wanted to let you know that your team did a FABULOUS JOB on my carpets. I am so pleased!! I wish I had done this 6 months ago instead of fretting to think they would have to be replaced!! They look brand new!! I will always use your service for years to come! Not only did your team do an excellent job, they were friendly, professional, courteous, neat and clean in the cleaning process of the carpeting, and we dressed professionally for the job at hand. They made EVERY effort to do the BEST job they could and it certainly shows! Please thank the young man (I believe he was the lead) about the tip of the “Magic Erasers” from Mr. Clean. I bought them and OMG!! The walls look like new again!! I do have to paint a few spots because of chair scrapes but for the most part, that Magic Eraser did the trick. We picked PETE'S CARPET CLEANING after reading all the good reviews & talking to them on the phone. They were able to answer all of our questions and really made us feel at ease about picking the RIGHT company to clean our carpet for the first time since we bought our home last year. We made the right choice. Pete and Stephen took the time to do the job right. It is PERFECT. They also took time to teach us about proper care and gave us a free bottle of spotter.

They explained every step of the cleaning process from identifying the carpet fiber, checking the pH, picking the right "Green" detergent, to the acid rinse. We had no idea there were so many steps to cleaning a carpet the right way. Our last carpet cleaner just came in and steam cleaned it and was gone in 40 minutes. Pete & Stephen were there about 3 hours, the carpet looks and feels brand new, and smells even better.



We went over the carpet manufacturer warranty before picking Pete's, & noticed that we must use an IICRC certified firm to maintain the warranty, Pete's Carpet Cleaning is just such and is a registered IICRC Certified FIRM. We are thrilled we found Pete & Stephen, and we will never use anyone else for our carpet care. They are polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
