        Best Chinese food in town. Great friendly service. Always neat and clean. No rice issues like someone's boss reported

        My boss went there for lunch today and found two cockroaches in the rice, she was sickened by this and so am i.

        If I want a good lunch of Chinese food - Peter Chu's is *THE* place in Redding. Not only do you get a great meal, with great service, at a great price, one whole side of the restaurant is made up of gigantic glass windows so you can look out at the hills. I love the dry braised chicken! For lunch it comes with the chicken, rice, soup, wontons, and an egg roll, which is usually more than enough for me. I can take it home and enjoy it again as leftovers...

        If I am going to have Chinese food in Redding my number 1 spot is Peter Chus. Peter knows all about great service and he instills that into his employees, great service and great food as well. My favorite order is the house speacial and you get everything. Plus if you love a nice view at night time the glass windows are always nice to look out and see beautiful view.

        This is a nice, sit-down restaurant for Chinese food. For the food quality, I think it's over-rated, though. Enjoy a nice view of airplanes!
