ALERT ALERT ALERT .. THEY JUST DID ME THE SAME WAY THEY ARE SOOO RUDE AND NASTY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY LIED I BEEN CALLING SINCE FRIDAY. AND YESTERDAY GEORGE SAID THEY GOT ME . MY APP. IS TOMORROW AND SHE GONNA TELL ME TO FIND ANOTHER WAY . ALL MEDICAID CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE . YOU NOT MAKE IT TO YOUR APP. IM CALLING BETTER BUSINESSES TODAY ALSO.

NEVER ever call this company. They say personal touch but that doesn't mean professional. I scheduled transportation 2 weeks in advance for my wife. At the time of scheduling I asked about the fare to which I was told Gena would call me. She never called. The day prior to our doctor's appointment to change the first of three casts of wife's foot, I called to confirm the appt and was told they would be there. Again I was told Gena (who must be the owner) was going to call me about the cost. Again, she never did. The day of the appt we waited for pickup and I finally called and left a message. The driver called back to say they couldn't do the transport. The driver said Gena was supposed to call and let me know they couldn't do the transport. Of course she didn't call. I then was going to attempt to take my wife myself and discovered my car battery was dead. This has got to be the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

Personal Touch truly lives up to their name. We hired them for an excursion to Louisville. The bus as clean and comfortable. The driver was prompt, polite, and professional. She also went the extra mile to help us find a Starbucks Coffee shope for the ride home. We will use Personal Touch again. You should call them and ask for Jeanna.
