Perfect Plumbing & Sewer Drain

Perfect Plumbing caused sewage damage to my floor, work-out equipment (gloves and belt totally unusable) and left raw sewage on the carpeted basement floor and on laundry in the area. My dumbbells and rack were also left with sewage on them. AT NO TIME did Perfect Plumbing ask me to move these items NOR did they take ANY precaution to protect my property. They move the equipment and hid my gloves so they could be long gone before I could see the extent of what they did. They DID NOT attempt to clean the carpet or other items. No shop vac was used and they used MY LADDER to do their work and left that with sewage on it. Their reasoning -- my carpet was old and my stuff wasn't that expensive.

So unless you own a mansion and have really nice stuff don't bother with this company.

Yes, I went to BBB but they continued their lie. Look to FaceBook or YouTube soon for pictures of damage they caused.

This happened while I was at home with my daughter who has Jacobsen’s Syndrome. I was on the phone and on the computer contacting doctors.
